By subscribing, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

1. Service Description
bestiptvusa.store provides subscription-based access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, electronic program guides, and related digital streaming infrastructure for personal, non-commercial use by subscribers in supported regions. Our service is delivered 100% digitally via M3U URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, EPG links, or MAG portal access as described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
2. Subscription Plans & Device Restrictions
Standard Premium Plan (1 Device)
The Standard Premium Plan permits one (1) active simultaneous stream at any given time under a single subscription. You may install the service on multiple devices, but only one device may stream concurrently. Attempting to run a second simultaneous stream on the Standard Plan may temporarily suspend the first active connection.
Family Premium Plan (2 Screens)
The Family Premium Plan permits two (2) active simultaneous streams at any given time under a single subscription. The two streams may operate on different devices, in different rooms, or in different geographic locations (e.g., primary residence and vacation home). Both streams receive full channel access, VOD library access, and EPG functionality.
Plan Compliance
Sharing subscription credentials beyond the permitted simultaneous connection limit for your plan tier — including public redistribution, reselling access, or operating credentials as a commercial service — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials (M3U URLs, Xtream Codes username/password, and MAG portal details). You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address for credential delivery.
- Notify us immediately at +1 (307) 291-7475 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Not share, publish, or sell your credentials to third parties.
- Use the service only on devices and networks you own or are authorized to use.
4. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) on our Pricing page. Payment is processed securely through our WhatsApp checkout desk. By completing payment, you authorize the charge for your selected plan duration. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed upon at renewal; you may repurchase any plan duration at current listed prices.
5. Service Level Agreement (99.9% Uptime)
bestiptvusa.store commits to a 99.9% uptime service level agreement (SLA) for our streaming infrastructure, measured monthly across our AntiFreeze CDN network. This SLA covers platform availability and server-side delivery performance — not interruptions caused by:
- Your local internet service provider outages or throttling.
- Incompatible, outdated, or misconfigured player software on your device.
- Local network hardware failures (router, modem, Wi-Fi interference).
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of platform-side outages exceeding our SLA, affected subscribers may contact support for service credits or remedies as determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or rebroadcast our streams or channel listings for commercial purposes.
- Use automated tools to mass-download, record, or archive content beyond personal fair use.
- Attempt to circumvent simultaneous connection limits or security measures.
- Use the service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws.
7. Refunds
All subscriptions are subject to our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and conditions are defined exclusively in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, branding, website content, and proprietary infrastructure of bestiptvusa.store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal use during your active subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bestiptvusa.store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
10. Modifications to Terms
